Christmas 2010

This year we were a little late in getting our tree and other decorations put up, but Chance helped out a lot! He was great! Here is our tree, and the cute fun things under it (non of which were actual gifts yet).
This year's Christmas was rather mellow. Chance took Thanksgiving off and we were able to spend it with my family. However, that killed his chances of having Christmas off! I'm sure his schedule for next year won't be as demanding. Anywho, we celebrated last Tuesday with his dad's family, and then I spent Christmas Eve with his mom's family. He worked all day on Christmas Eve and all day Christmas. Poo. But fear not, I surprised him with a special dinner! I made a yummy cranberry/apple/cinnamon drink, ham, cheesy potatoes, a salad, and finished it with a pumpkin crumble dessert! Since he hates tomatoes, I even left them out of the salad and put some on mine separate! I wanted everything to be perfect, and it was! He enjoyed it a lot! I can't wait till next year! I would post more pictures, but they don't want to upload the right way, and I am running out of patience. So, rather than throw my pretty-mini-lappy-top into the fire, I will be patient and post more pictures later! :D
Thank you to everyone for the lovely gifts, sweet cards, and time spent together! I loved the holiday season, and getting to make it special for others! Happy New Year in less than a week! Anyone have any resolutions for the new year?!?

Hello Again!

Things have really been great lately! I added a new decoration to our hall-way! Now it doesn't look so bare! :) Wahoo! Ever since we moved in I knew I wanted to put some sort of table thingy there, but just couldn't figure out the right one. Then (a whole year later) it finally hit me! This little beauty!

Cute right? I like it! It just fills that bare space right up!
